ADHD Academic Coaching
Helping students and researchers work with their ADHD while navigating higher education.
Higher education is demanding.
ADHD doesn't make you incapable.
It simply means you may need a different way of approaching the journey.

The visible problem
Many students arrive believing their biggest problem is writing a dissertation.
Very often, it is not.
The dissertation is simply where deeper struggles finally become impossible to ignore: time management, procrastination, perfectionism, self-doubt, black-and-white thinking, indecision and the overwhelm of a project that seems too large to begin.
The academic task is real, but so is the person trying to carry it.
These experiences are common for students with ADHD. They are also coachable. We can break the work into visible stages, build ways to return after avoidance and create structures that support progress without pretending that motivation will remain constant.
More than completing the assignment
Academic coaching can help you plan, prioritise, communicate with supervisors and make decisions when several possible directions all feel equally urgent.
It can also help you understand the patterns that will continue beyond university. Finishing the degree matters, but learning how you work may matter for much longer.

This isn't tutoring
I won't write your dissertation.
I won't write sections of your thesis.
I won't tell you what conclusions to reach.
The work must always remain your own.
If requested, I also offer proofreading and copy-editing as a separate professional service.
Education is about more than earning a qualification.
It is also an opportunity to better understand yourself.
When you learn to work with your ADHD rather than against it, completing your studies becomes only one part of a much larger journey.
